A complaint was lodged against Fhiroj Miya a 35-year-old man of Shambhunath municipality-7, Alauddin Miya a 34-year-old man, and Abjal Miya a 25-year-old man of Lahal municipality-19 of Siraha on May 7 on the charge of gang-raping a 25-year-old woman. The victim lodged the complaint alleging that the accused gang-raped her on April 23 by taking her to Rajpuriya Khoriya forest from Shamdhunath municipality-7. The victim said that while she was taking care of the mangoes growing in the flower garden and cutting grass for the cattle, the accused gang-raped her.
