United Citizen Campaign staged a demonstration on May 16, demanding to take action against the accused of the 'Bhutanese Refugee Scam' in Baglung. Different political parties leaders and cadres, CSOs, Farmers, and laborers under the name of the 'United Citizen Campaign' staged a sit-in for an hour in front of the district administrative office. The protestors stated that the state should have zero tolerance for all kinds of incidents of corruption including the issue of fake Bhutanese refugees.
