Man arrested on the charge of raping a 6-year-old minor girl in Lalitpur

Police arrested Mangal Baram a 42-year-old man of Mahankal rural municipality-5 on May 16 on the charge of raping a 6-year-old minor girl. The mother of the victim lodged the complaint on May 3 alleging that the accused raped the victim on May 2 by tempting her.
