Police arrested Binod Pariyar and Namraj Pariyar 24-year-old youths of Thakurnath municipality-6 on May 22 on the charge of gang-raping a 24-year-old woman. The accused gang-raped the victim by taking her to the Madhyawarti community forest under the pretext of visiting places on May 21 evening.
