The Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police on June 4 arrested a person on the charge of sexually harassing female acquaintance over social media. According to police, the arrested has been identified as 23-year-old Dinesh Kumar Raut, a resident of Duwakot in Changunarayan municipality-2 of Bhaktapur. He allegedly used to record female friend over social media and used to blackmail and assassinate her character. Police are holding the accused into custody for further investigation.
