Locals smear black ink on Land revenue chief in Kathmandu

A group of people on Monday smeared black soot on the face of Land Revenue Department, Dillibazaar, Chief, Gopal Giri, on charges of registering a public land in a person’s name. The group of locals was led by former Chairman of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward-4, Achyut Sapkota. The locals went to the office of Land revenue Department after Giri allegedly registered 5 Ropani and 11 Aana of land in the name of one Purna Bahadur Thapa.
