District Court Saptari has ordered for sending Aruhuliya Devi Yadav, 47, of Barahi Birpur VDC-1 who was accused of killing her daughter-in-law Rambha Devi Yadav, 21. Single bench of Nabaraj Dahal issued the order for the accused to prison who had come to the court following the court order. Santosh Kumar Yadav, 26, husband of the deceased is in Rajbiraj Prison in remand since February 4, 2014 on the same charge. Other accused, father-in-law of the deceased Birendra Yadav, 53, and sisters-in-law Ranju Devi Yadav, 21, and Manju Devi Yadav, 19, remain absconding. Father of the deceased, Shyam Sundar Yadav, 42, of Boriya VDC-8 had filed a complaint against the husband and the in-laws accusing them of strangulating Rambha to death. The case was registered at the court on July 4, 2012. Before her death, Rambha Devi was being tortured by the family members after they did not have a child in three years of marriage. Her body was found lying with marks and bruises on her throat at her home on June 9, 2012 while the family members were at large. The postmortem of the body was conducted at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences on June 11. Manohar Kumar Pokhrel
