Police have filed a charge sheet against 18-year-old Deepak Ramtel of Arkhaulejitpur VDC-6 on February 18 on the charge of killing 11-year-old Sujata Pariyar of the same place. According to SI Dinesh Adhikari of District Police Office, the case was filed based on the FIR filed by the girl's mother 34-year-old Chandra Kumari Pariyar at the DPO on February 12. Police said that the case was filed following long investigation though he was arrested on February 6 from his house. He has been remanded for seven days by court order. The girl was found severely injured at her home on January 26. She was taken to Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar where she succumbed three days later. Her post-mortem was conducted at Koshi Zonal Hospital in Biratnagar on January 30.
