Sunita Devi Ray, 19, of Bhatigacha VDC-2 has filed an FIR against her husband Sunil Ray, 25, at the District Police Office on March 22. The victim said that she filed the complaint to seek justice as her husband inflicted physical and mental torture upon her over the domestic dispute on March 19. The Women and Children Service Centre under the DPO said that her complaint has been filed under domestic violence. ASI Bhagwati Neupane of the Centre said that the accused has been summoned to the DPO.
