Two women sentenced to life in prison for murder

A woman and her daughter-in-law have been sentenced to life in prison by the District Court of Taplejung for murdering Sima B.K of Nangkholyang VDC. Padam Kumari Shrestha and her daughter-in-law Junu Shrestha were sentenced to life in prison by a verdict issued by a bench of justice Krishna Prasad Subedi.
Both the accused have been sent to Panchthar Jail due to the lack of women's cell in Taplejung jail.
