Makwanpur/Apr 24, Jangal ma ghans katna gayeko bela 25 barsiya mahila lai balaatkar gareko arop ma ek janaa giraftar. Police have arrested Bikram Rai, 35, of Phaparbari, on April 23 on the charge of raping a 25-year-old woman. Rai is accused of raping the woman when she had gone in the forest to collect fodder. The woman told her parents and friends and relatives after which her neighbors nabbed Rai and handed him over to the police. Police cited the accused was saying that it was consensual sex. Her medical checkup was held at Hetuanda Hospital on April 22.
