A woman who was returning to her home in Panchthar from Kathmandu due to the fear of earthquake has been reportedly raped by a driver and conductor while the vehicle was still running. Police have arrested the driver Devendra Ghimire of Mechinagar-11 and conductor Nimesh Khatiwada of Bhadrapur-12 of the vehicle bearing number plate Na4Kha 7242 based on the woman's complaint. In the complaint, the victim reported that the two raped her when the vehicle reached Sahidchowk of Charaali-Chandragadhi section road.
