Mother of a 15-year-old girl in Gaushala of Mahottari district has lodged a complaint against 19-year-old Rohabar Ansari, a resident of Fulhatta Parikauli-8 on the charge of raping her daughter. According to DSP Lokendra Shrestha, the accused had raped the teenage girl on May 6, 2015, by falsely promising that he would marry her. He has been on the run since. Following the incident parents of both the victim and the accused had agreed over a meeting of the village committee that the accused would marry the raped girl. The teen victim's mother filed a complaint in the police after the accused did not return back to marry the girl.
