Man arrested for having sex with underage girl

Police have arrested a person from Urlabari-2 on the charge of having sex with an under-age girl. Based on a complaint filed by the girl's parents 41-year-old Theusa Fago was arrested by the police. According to Nepali law having sex with someone below 16 years old is considered rape even if it is consensual.
