29-year-old Dipak Bhusal of Rampur municipality-3 was accused of raping a 15-year-old mentally challenged girl and was arrested by the police on 7th July. According to the police, Bhusal raped the mentally challenged victim by sneaking into her home at late night on Sunday, July 5. He was arrested by the District police office on the basis of a complaint filed against him by the relatives of the victim. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
