Man sentenced to 5 years for raping minor girl

The district court of Chitwan has sentenced a person to 5 years in prison on charge of raping a 12-year-old minor girl.
A single bench of justice Binod Mohan Acharya sentenced Ekanath Humagain, 48yrs, of Bhandara-8 to 5 years in prison. Police had filed a case against Humagain in the district court on charge of raping the minor victim on February 16, 2015.
