Two police constables of Nepal Police and Armed Police Force have been suspended on the charge of thrashing five people during a dispute on Friday. Nepal Police constable Sarbajit Singh deployed at Area Police Office, Bhimphedi of Makwanpur and APF Constable Amarjit Rajput deployed at Aaurihiya were suspended for attacking people in the district. Police said they are investigating into the case while keeping the two constables under the custody of District Police Office, Rautahat after granting judicial custody from the District Administration Office. They have suspended automatically after locals lodged a complaint against them for beating them mercilessly.
