Case filed against the accused for attempted rape of a minor

A case has been filed against 49 years old Shyam Mainali of Kankai municipality-3 for alleged attempted rape of 12 years old girl on August 5 by Area Police Office Britamod and further investigation has been started.
The girl had screamed when the accused tried to rape her in his house. The victim's family filed a complaint in Area Police Office Britamod on August 4. Medical check-up of the girl was done on August 4 in Bhadrapur hospital.
