Police have arrested 20-year-old Seikh Talji from Inarwasira-7 VDC in Bara on the charge of raping a 14-year-old teen. Police made public Talji on Monday. According to police, Seikh Talji had raped the teen girl on the way on August 9 while she was going to attend tuition from her home. Her parents later found her lying unconscious near a bush. She underwent medical check-up and treatment at Kalaiya Hospital on the same day. On August 10 Monday, the victim's family lodged a complaint at the police against Seikh Talji. After finding evidence of rape through medical check-up police arrested the accused on Saturday. He is being held in custody for further investigation.
