Cadres of United Democratic Madhesi Front protesting against the 7-state model of federalism have torched a bus in Laxminiya-5 of Mahottari on Wednesday evening. The cadres took the vehicle with numberplate Na 4 Kha 3064 heading towards Kathmandu from east under control before torching it. While the vehicle was burning the cadres made the passengers of the vehicle stand in queue and looted their cash and jewelleries. The cadres also torched a truck bearing numberplate Na 4 Kha 4273 at the same place.
