The bandh in Magarat areas called for by the Magarat Struggle Committee has been withdrawn in Myagdi district. Secretary of Nepal Magar Sangh Myagdi, Rajkumar Thapa informed that the folks in Myagdi decided not to participate in Magarat's protest program because they believe that on the basis of access to administrative services it was the right decision to place Myagdi in state 5. With the withdrawal of the bandh, schools are open since morning. Similarly, marketplaces, transportation, and other services are also operational in the district.
