VDC offices shifted in Kailali

Several VDC offices from rural areas have been shifted to Tikapur Municipality and Dhangadi City citing security reasons. Allegedly Tharuhat Struggle Committee supporters have been setting VDC office on fire. On 26 September, demonstrators set VDC
office of Dhansinghpur on fire. Similarly, VDC offices of Bauniya and Pahalmanpur were also set on fire by unidentified groups.
