Protesters attack police with bottles containing acid from across border in Biratnagar

Protesters associated with the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) have thrown bottles containing acid at police at the Rani Customs Point in the Nepal-India border in Biratnagar on Sunday.
SP Tarani Prasad Lamsal of Morang Police told Setopati said that the UDMF cadres pelted stones at the police and threw bottles containing acid at police from the No Man's land. However, no injuries or damage was reported.
Lamsal said that the area has been already of protesters now with the help of Indian police.
