24-year-old Samjhana Khadka of Sandhikharka Municipality-2 was beaten up by her 28-year-old husband Babu Khadka on November 3. She sustained serious injury when her husband Babu Khadka, hit her with the stones due to some domestic disputes. She was taken to District Hospital for her treatment by the local people. The victim’s relatives lodge a complaint against the accused in the District Police Office on November 3. She sustained serious injuries on different parts of her body. As per District Police Office, She received primary treatment at the District Hospital and was referred to Kathmandu for further treatment. Accused remain absconded and search is going on, said Yubraj Timilsina, Inspector of District Police Office.
