Police arrested a businessman on Wednesday evening in accusation of raping a 14-year-old girl, taking her to community forest on December 25. Police have taken 27-year-old Dev Bahadur Saud, proprietor of Manish Mobile Gallery in Bansaha, Jhalari Pipladi-1, under custody in accusation of raping the girl who had come to repair her mobile on Friday. According to Police Inspector, Sudam Rawal, the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by the girl's relatives in the District Police Office. Medical examination of the girl was conducted and according to the police, a case will be filed against the accused on Thursday.
