25-year-old Suresh B.K, a resident of Madi-11 has been sentenced to life in prison for killing his three year old daughter. A bench of justice Tek Narayan Kunwar decided the sentence. 3-year-old Khusi B.K. was beaten on September 22 and died while receiving treatment at Bharatpur Hospital on September 29. Mother of the child, 29-year-old Laxmi B.K. had filed a complaint on September 29 at District Police Office Chitwan. The accused was arrested on the same day and case was filed under Murder Act.
