Police have arrested 43-year-old Dhan Bahadur Shrestha of Koshi Haraicha-2 in Morang on the charge of raping a 9-year-old minor girl. Police arrested Shrestha on the basis of a complaint filed by the minor girl's family that Shrestha had raped the minor girl by taking her to Turke river on January 20. Police informed that they have initiated a further investigation into the incident by sending the victim for a medical check-up.
