26-year-old Satan Khatiwada of Biratnagar sub-metropolis-2 has been arrested by police on March 2 on the charge of raping a seven-year-old girl on March 1. Police arrested the accused based on the complaint filed at the District Police Office by the family of the victim on March 2. The health check-up of the victim was conducted at the Koshi Regional Hospital on March 2, informed Inspector of the District Police Office, Surendra Prakash Shrestha.
