Police arrested an elderly man from Galdha VDC-8 of Palpa on the charge of raping a 7-year-old girl. The arrested has been identified as 88-year-old Seshkant Aryal. The victim's family lodged a complaint at the police station on March 23 after they found that she had been repeatedly raped by Aryal since August of 2015. The victim was sent for medical examination at Palpa District hospital on March 24.
