Three years imprisonment for rape attempt

Chitwan District Court has sentenced Sunil Pariyar, 21, of Narayani metropolis-12 to three years of imprisonment on charge of attempting to rape a 15 year old girl on April 20. The bench of Judge Tek Narayan Kunwar gave this verdict.
The accused had attempted to rape the girl on February 6. The victim’s family had filed a complaint on the very day and the police arrested the accused the same day.
