Dalits barred from participating in grand religious ceromony

Dalit caste people were barred from worshiping in the Shree Bishnu Mahayagya, which started from Wednesday in Buniad village of Parwaniipur Rural Municipality of Bara. Non-dalit people did not allow the Dalit (Chamar and Dusad) caste to participate in Bishnnu Mahayaagya on the first day which is to last for nine days.
In Baniyad village, there are ten and twenty-five households of Chamar and Dusad respectively.
