Labors of Closer System International Nepal Pvt.Ltd in Hetauda have been agitating against the company from December 19, putting forward a 3-point demand. 17 labors have been staging sit-in in front of the industry's gate as a part of the agitation. Production in the industry has been halted due to the agitation. The labours are demanding distribution of bonus in terms of collective bargaining, proportional distribution of salary and transportation facility. President of CSI Labor Union Kishor Pokhrel stated that they decided to go on protest because the management of the industry has continuously been reluctant to meet their demands. मकवानपुरको हेटौंडा औद्योगिक क्षेत्रभित्र रहेको बहुराष्ट्रिय कम्पनी क्लोजर सिष्टम इन्टेरनेस्नल नेपाल प्राली (सिएसआइ) उद्योगमा हड्ताल सोमबार चौथो दिन पनि जारी रहेको छ । तिनबुदे माग राख्दै उद्योगमा कार्यरत १७ जना मज्दुरहरुले पनि उद्योगको गेटमा धर्ना जारी राख्दै उद्योगको उत्पादन ठप्प परेका हुन् । सामुहिक सौदाबाजिरुपमा उपदानको ब्यवस्था, समानुपातिक तलब तथा समानुपातिक यातायात सुविधाको माग गर्दै आन्दोलन सुरु गरेको नेपाल कार खाना श्रमिक संघ सिएसआइ इकाइ अध्यक्ष किशोर पोखरेल बताए । आफुहरुले राज्यले ब्यवस्था गरेको सेवा सुविधाको लागि उद्योग प्रशासनलाई पटक-पटक आग्रह गर्दा समेत वास्ता नगरेपछी बाध्य भइ आन्दोलन गर्नुपरेको उनको भनाइ छ । उद्योग नाफामा रहेपनी सेवासुविधा बुद्धिमा भने ब्यवस्थापनले वेवास्ता गरेको उनिहरुको भनाइ छ ।
