Police on Saturday arrested a couple on charge of murdering their one-year-old daughter. Pabitra Nepali, 20, and her husband Arjun Nepali, 35, were held in connection with the killing of their daughter Unika, said police. Arjun is the victim’s step father. According to police Pabitra left her first husband and married Arjun about two weeks ago. Preliminary investigation shows the victim’s mother and stepfather were involved in the crime committed on Saturday, said police. आफ्नै छोरीलाई कर्तव्य गरी मारेको अभियोगमा स्याङजाको फेदीखोला–१ डेरा गरी बस्ने उदयपुरको बारा गाउँपालिका–९ का ३५ वर्षीय अर्जुन थापामगर र उनकी श्रीमती २० वर्षीया पवित्रा नेपालीलाई शनिबार प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । फेदीखोला क्षेत्रमा लेबर काम गर्दै बस्ने उनीहरुले आफ्नै छोरी १ वर्षीया युनिकालाई मारेको भन्ने खवर प्राप्त हुनासाथ खटी गएको प्रहरीले उनीहरुलाई पक्राउ गरेको हो । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीबाट थप आवश्यक अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ ।
