Tea  workers of Jhapa started strike demanding the enforcement of labor act of the government. The government implemented this Act on 19th Bhadra of the last year. The tea entrepreneurs have been undergoing an act of implementation. Workers have been indulgent with four-point demand for labor law implementation, minimum wage growth, social security act. About 300 workers of Tokla Tea Garden in  Jhapa Metropolitan Municipality have given ultimatum to start a protest movement in the garden factory complex on Tuesday morning and start a phase-wise movement without completing the demand within 5 days. Labor leader Tilak Dargi alleged that the government administration should not complain about the implementation of the government implemented.
