Police arrested a man for alleged sexual assault and forging millions of rupees. District Police Chief SP Bel Bahadur Pandey said that Bhuwan Dhital, 40,  of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City-11, Belagnaar, was arrested on the accusation of fraud and sexual assault. 

SP Pandey said that Dhital was arrested on Wednesday from the border area of Dang and Banke on the basis of the collective disclosure of five victims in the fraud and three separate counts of sexual assault. He said that he was arrested while trying to flee to Kathmandu via Banke.
