Police arrests two youths on the charge of sexual abuse

Police on Monday arrested 21-year-old Upendra Magar and 22-year-old Bijaya Magar, residents of Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city-13 on the charge of sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl.
According to SP Bel Bahadur Pande, police arrested the duo on the basis of a complaint lodged by the girl stating that they sexually abused her on August 31 when she had gone to watch Teej fair.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Rapti Institue of health Sciences.
