Teenage girl raped in Jhapa

A teenage girl has been raped in Arjundhara municipality of Jhapa on Tuesday evening.
Police have arrested 22-year-old Ashok Darji of Gaurdaha Municipality and 24-year-old Bikram Hasda of Kamal Municipality, currently living at Arjundhara Municipality-7 of the charge of raping a teenage girl while she was returning from market.
According to Chief Information Officer of the District Police Office, Jhapa, DSP Rakesh Thapa, the girl is undergoing medical examination.
Earlier, he was treated at Shankar Hospital in Arjundhara. The arrested youths have been kept at the Area Police Office, Birtamod for further investigation.
