Businessmen in Janakpur agitated against police highhandedness

Businessmen including some officials of FNCCI Janakpur took out a motorcycle rally on Friday afternoon protesting against police highhandedness on some local shopkeepers in on Friday morning. Participants at the protest rally chanted slogans against the local administration. Police had beaten some local businessmen on Friday morning, accusing them of opening business defying the prohibitory order issued by the local administration to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
