Residents of Beni Municipality-7, Mangalaghat, blocked the road for an hour on April 16, demanding to blacktop the road of Beni Darbang road section. They also picketed the District Administration Office alleging that the blacktop on the Beni-Darbang road section has been halted for a long time. Dharmaraj Bania, Chairman of the New Mangala Area Development office, said that the protest would not be halted until the work starts.
