Ten-days prohibitory order imposed in Parbat

The District Administration Office announced a 10-day prohibitory order in Parbat on the recommendation of the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Center, with effect from May 11 midnight till May 21. Earlier, the order was imposed only in Kushma municipality from May 1.

During the period, except for urgent work, no one is allowed to go out of their house. Similarly, temples and religious places will remain closed and only 10 people will be able to participate in the marriage and death rites. Shops other than essential services will remain closed, services will be provided only through a minimum number of employees in government offices, driving of public and private vehicles is restricted, and arrangements will be made to accommodate workers in the workplace for development works.

The administration also decided to close microfinance, cooperatives, and insurance companies. Shops selling medicines and health items will be kept open 24 hours a day and vehicles carrying ambulances, hearses, fire engines, food items, construction materials, milk, curd, water, and petrol will be allowed to operate.
