CPN led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)) staged demonstration against the price hike of petroleum goods in Mugu on November 11 demanding immediate withdrawal of price hike and chanted slogans as well. During the protest in Gamgadhi, CPN District Office Secretary Sarpu Rokaya stated that the government has raised the prices of petroleum products and food items which forced them to stage the protest.
