Employees of the Janaki Medical Campus padlocked the campus premises in Dhanusha claiming that campus was exploiting their labor. The employees had padlocked the science faculty of the college on November 17, saying that the agreement reached between the staff, doctors, faculty, and the operator on various dates including salary allowance, provident fund, and Dashain allowance had not been implemented.

Jha informed that the classes started after the padlock was opened. Jha said that the study was going on without any hindrance after the padlock. He said that he has also requested the agitating employees to come for talks.
