Police arrested Parashuram Bhandari a 40-year-old man from Satyabati rural municipality of Rupandehi on April 28 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old teen girl. The victim lodged the complaint against the accused on April 28 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted her on April 27. The victim was rescued by the ward chairperson of Devdaha municipality-4 when the accused was sexually assaulting the victim by taking her in a forest.
