Dharma Raj Ghimire Sunar, 35, of Hadikhola VDC-7 has been arrested on February 27 on charge of molesting a 12-year-old girl. Sunar is accused of sexually abusing the girl while she was sleeping at her quake-damaged house in the night of February 26. The accused had fled after the girl screamed for help. The locals had nabbed him and handed him over to the police. The victim had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on February 27.
