Raj Kumari Neupane of Narayan Municipality-10 has beaten a Dalit woman for touching her water jar. Neupane severely beat 35-year-old Lachima Sunar on April 24. However, the victim complained that she has not received justice. The victim had filed a case at Disjtrict Police Office Dailekh.
The victim complained that even though she's filed a complaint, the police have not arrested the accused. According to the police, the accused is absconding so police have not been able to arrest her.
The victim further added that instead of arresting the accused, the political parties and the local representatives have been trying to reconcile the issue.
