The Teaching-Learning Support Grant Teachers padlocked the Education Development and Coordination Unit Office in Kanchanpur after the Central Struggle Committee on November 22.
The teachers claimed that they had not received their salaries. They were not paid salaries using the pretext of COVID-19. They demanded that the teachers working under the pretext of matching the posts should not be displaced and the teachers working under the teaching-learning assistance grant program should be provided with the same services as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. The teachers have been teaching at community schools for the past three years.
