Khotang/June 1 Family of a conflict-dead and one forcefully disappeared person have yet to receive the interim relief distributed by the government. The family of Nirmala Basnet, 39, of Lichkiramche VDC-9 who was killed after torture by the Maoists on November 4, 2005, complained that he was yet to get the relief. Nirmala was killed in neighboring VDC Simpani by the Maoist cadres including Gyanu Tamang, Indra Dangal and Shyam Karki on charge of having illicit relationship with a local, Mattime Bishwakarma, 70. Nirmala’s husband Himmat Basnet told INSEC Khotang DR that no relief even after seven years of the CPA had aggravated their pain. He added that he had already sent the required documents a year ago. Local Peace Committee Khotang’s office secretary Ramesh Pokharel said that there was no budget allocated for the families though their names had already been mentioned in the report of the task force formed to collect the statistics of the conflict victims. DM Chamling Rai खोटाङ । जेठ १८ गते द्वन्दको समयमा विद्रोही पक्षद्धारा ०६१ कातिक १८ गते यातनापछि हत्या गरिएकी लिच्कीराम्चे गाविस-९ की ३९ वर्षीय निर्मला बस्नेतको परिवारले अझै राहत नपाएको गुनासो आएको छ । देशमा शान्ति सम्झौता भएको सात वर्षबितिसक्दा पनि राहत नआउँदा आफूहरू थप मारमा परेको मृतकका पति हिक्मत बस्नेतले इन्सेक प्रतिनिधिसमक्ष गुनासो गरेका छन् । द्वन्द पीडित व्यक्ति परिवार एवम् संरचनाको लागत संकलन गर्ने कार्यदलको प्रतिवेदनमा नाम उल्लेख भइसकेका मृतकको परिवारलाई हालसम्म पनि राहत नआएको स्थानीय शान्ति समिति खोटाङका नायब सुब्बा रमेश पोखरेलले बताए । स्थानीय ७० वर्षीय वृद्व मात्तिमे विश्वकर्मासँग अवैध सम्बन्ध गाँसेको झुठो आरोप लगाउँदै तत्कालिन माओवादीका कार्यकर्ताहरू ज्ञानु तामाङ, इन्द्र दंगाल, श्याम कार्कीले छिमेकी गाविस सिम्पानी पुर्‍याई बस्नेतको यातनापछि हत्या गरेका थिए । शान्ति समितिको कार्यालयले द्वन्दको क्रममा हत्या भएको भनी निर्णय गराई शान्ति तथा पुनःनिर्माण मन्त्रालयमा निर्णय प्रतिलिपि पठाएको र १-१२-१४ संकेत नम्बर कार्यदलमा उल्लेख भए पनि राहत नआएको शान्ति समितिले जनाएको छ । मृतकका पति हिक्मत बस्नेतले एक वर्षअघि सम्पूर्ण कागजात पेश गरेपनि नियमानुसार पाउनुपर्ने ३ लाख रुपैयाँ नपाएको गुनासो गरेका छन् । डिएम चाम्लिङ राई
