National Human Rights Commission has prepared to publish a blacklist of war-time human rights violators. NHRC claims that the government has not initiated necessary steps although the Commission had recommended taking action against the violators. The Commission said that they will be compelled to publish the blacklist if the government does not take necessary steps within a month.
