Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has claimed that the Bill on finding out of the disappeared persons was being approved in near future.

He was talking to the journalists in the district headquarters Damauli on January 6. He said he was working on ensuring political support for the Bill.

He added that once the Bill is enacted, the government would find out the whereabouts of the disappeared persons and make the findings public.

The PM further added that the perpetrators would be punished and justice would be provided to the victims after the Truth and Reconciliation Commission establishes the facts on the cases of human rights violations occurred during the conflict.
