One person who was out contact during Conflict time returned home after 17 years.

 A family from Nayakbada VDC-2 was stunned after the family member who was out of contact for 17 years returned home. It was Sharan Nepali whose funeral rights were also observed, but he returned home astonishing everyone and bringing happiness to the family and relatives. He had gone out of contact after then rebellion Maoist party expelled him from the village. Interestingly, his family even registered his death as the conflict victim and is taking allowance from the government. During the insurgency, the Maoist fighters blamed him that he accused women of practicing witchcraft and terrifying locals with hypnotism. After his unexpected arrival, the villagers welcomed him, said a local Prem Shahi. Meanwhile, the returnee Nepali said he was hiding in India for a long. But, after learning that the insurgency ended in Nepal, he could not resist returning home. Similarly, his spouse Radhika Nepali said she was dazed over his homecoming.
